Staying at the Pollard was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were sublime, quiet, beautifully furnished, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. However, the absence of a coffee maker was a minor inconvenience. Learning about the historical guests added an extra charm to the accommodation.

The hotel had packed areas for meetings, but the rooms were small yet adequate, beyond my expectations. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant, down to the last detail. The location was ideal for walking around downtown, with plenty of outstanding restaurants nearby. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and great waiting staff. The facilities were well-maintained and offered homemade products.
